New top quality uPVC, soffit boards fitted to the bottom of the roof rafters using polytop nails as recommended by the manufacturers

10mm plywood backing boards fitted to the ends of the roof rafters using wire nails

New top quality uPVC fascia boards fitted, nailed to the backing boards using polytop nails as recommended by the manufacturers, spacings to be approximately 24″ apart

Colours available for fascias and soffits are white, black and woodgrain effect (white will be fitted unless otherwise instructed)

Your new uPVC fascia, soffit or cladding is maintenance free, meaning no more painting.

Does not rot or biologically decompose.
