Tubular scaffolding put up for safe working access to the roof

Existing covering to the main roof slopes taken off

Rafters denailed and fitted with eave trays

New breathable felting fitted, tacked to the rafters

New timber treated battens fitted, nailed to the rafters

New tiles fitted in a colour and make of your choice

New ventilation tiles fitted to the roof slopes

Lead fitted to all abutments, then sealed to make water tight

Once the lead has been fitted it will be cleaned using Patination Oil for protection

New ridge tiles fitted and bedded on using 3 parts sand and 1 part cement

I will work on your new roof until it is finished. Your roof is my priority.

While being fitted, new roofs are covered overnight to give you the minimum of inconvenience.
